Suggest Treatment For Chest Pain After Eating

I get chest pain after eating - sometimes straight away, sometimes 4 hours later. My lips & hands also sometimes go numb. It also happens sometimes 10 minutes into moderate exercise. I have had an endoscopy that found nothing - not even reflux - and Nexium/somac does not help. I have also had a stress heart test that showed nothing either.

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, esophagitis could be the cause of the symptom given here and for that I would advise you to try Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for five weeks, try to avoid taking heavy meal, spicy meal, coffee, alcohol and smoking, be stress free too, avoid taking heavy meal prior to bed, antacid can also be tried after meal hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
