my husband had a dissecting aorta 5 years ago replace part of the aorta (top portion) .he is having some chest pain not like then tho and som abdominal pain.. his doc told him to come to the office march 6 for check up. should he go to ER or wait to see if discomfort goes away

hi this can be due to simple gastritis at first try with antacids, if not reduced please visit the cardiologist or the ER to get evaluated for the problem,as you are already a known case of repaired aortic dissection please check out with the cardiac enzymes. all the best,take care.
