Suggest Treatment For Canker Sores And Red Dots On Cheek

my 17 month old has had 5 canker sores in his mouth for 5 days is very irratable, has a hard time eating and this morning woke up with 4 little red dots on his cheek and around his mouth. no fever but is constantly warm and is having a really hard time sleeping

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the ulcers could be because of herpes infection or could be aphthous ulcers. consult your oral physician to rule out these two conditions. later you can start with topical antibiotics and analgesics. do saline gargling 3-4times daily. consume lot of liquid. i hope my answer will help you, take care.
