Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Lower Ribs

my lower left rib feels bruised anytime I put pressureon it, but I have not injured it. I also have been feeling extra tired not physically but more in my head. my eyes feel so heavy I feel I could fall asleep standing. I am definitely not pregnant but some times feel cramping I m my uterus when it s not my time.of the month. I am on mirena.

Hi.
As per your case history of bruise on lower ribsand and lethargy , my treatment advice is -
1. You are probably suffering from pressure urticaria.
2. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
3. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
4. For lethargy, have healthy nutritious diet and take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily.
