Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of seeing halo and having blurred vision is suggestive of some disorders of vision.
Seeing halos around bright objects is suggestive of increased intra-ocular pressure or glaucoma.
Blurring of vision along with seeing halo around bright objects is suggestive of glaucoma or increased intra-ocular pressure.
You need to consult an ophthalmologist for clinical assessment of eye and to assess the visual filed.
Other symptoms of numbness around nose and upper lip, back of head and weakness of right arm are suggestive of some nerve related disorder.
I suggest you to consult a physician for clinical assessment.
A X-ray and MRI of cervical spine may be required to assess the condition of cervical spine.
