Hi,

1. Since you are a diagnosed case of INH [intracranial Hypertension] thus remain under regular supervision of your attending physician, and because the skull is a rigid structure, thus, it cannot expand causing the build-up of CSF [cerebro spinal fluid] within the brain and putting pressure on optic nerve [may cause blindness] and on the brain stem [leading to vasomotor paralysis and death]

2. It is wise to consult a medicine specialist or a neurosurgeon for your symptoms since management requires:

- A complete Physical examination
- Brain imaging
- CSF examination [lumbar puncture]

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
