Hello Doctor. I'm feeling very run down today and have severely blurred vision and sort of 'clouded head'. I suffer from Hay Fever and today's pollen count in London is High. I have taken two tablets of Benadryl anti-histamine (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). Furthermore I also use nasal spray Prevalin before I venture out.



I'm an overall healthy person. Age 40. Exercise regularly (3/4 times a week) and have healthy eating habits. Non smoker.



Is there anything else I can do to avoid this feeling of lack of strength when even to keep my eyes open requires a strong Americano.
