Suggest treatment for bloody stools

Dear Doctor,I have a problem hopes most probably piles as I had an operation for piles in 1994. I am 48 years now and 160cms height and 62kgs in weight. Sir last two days I suffer that blood is coming with my stool and I need some treatment but I am not familiar in Abudhabi. I don't have much pain but feel tiring , back pain and also slight pain in lower abdominal and legs, kindly advice Sir. I have also feeling to go to the toiled after each meals and frequently.
