Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Don't try to cry! If it is from birth, it could have been some congenital or elopmental problem. It could be deviated nasal septum, choanal atresia or some lesion within (possibility is remote however)
Advice:
1. Have proper diagnosis by an ENT specialist
2. Imaging of nose and sinuse by CT scan

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Himanshu Dhanak, Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist
