i m gaining weight ,no changes in my diet or lifestyle should i get my hormones checked ?what could the other reasons be ,i did take medicines for stress hairfall emergency contraceptive nothing for more than two weeks but i stopped all of it a month back ,but i am bloating up ,i m 32 and single

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Use medication that contains simethicone
-Avoid chewing gum.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant)
