My 7 year old daughter has a raised pimple under her eye and it is slowly growing. It is red around the edges. Pediatrician prescribed a topical antibiotic ointment for 7 days and that did not clear it up. Should she see a dermatologists or go back to pedi?

your history about pimple position is not clear. is it over skin around eye or conjunctiva. you can consult dermatologist. you may require antibiotic for your daughter and warm phomantation. inject able antibiotic will be more effective
