Hi, i do care for your concern.
The bartholin cyst develops due to blockage in duct that drains the cyst, it is a benign condition.
In your case it has been infected and treated with antibiotic.
The consistent and recurrent cyst can only be drained under minor surgical procedure.
I would advise to consult your gyanec, and to opt with different surgical procedure available for draining the cyst.
In chronic cases marsupialization procedure will be more effective.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
