Suggest Treatment For Bad Odor Vaginal Bleeding
Hi! I have been perimenopausal for about 2yrs now and I have a lot of irregular bleeding, but of late I have been get a very strong smelling odour when bleed and it seems to be worse the lighter the flow, but that may be because it is harder to use tampons with it being so light. But is definitely stronger and more offensive!

Bad odour vaginal bleeding may be due to many causes like infection,tumour etc.
It may be due to problem in uterus or cervix.
You may need clinical examination and further tests.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME,ultrasound of pelvis etc.
You may need digital pelvic clinical examination.
Pap smear and CT scan of pelvis etc may be advised after evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
