Hello! Read your query.

You did not mention about your oral hygiene.Get professional scaling done every 6 months.Brush twice daily. Floss once a day.
Mouth wash thrice a week(diluted in 1:1 ratio with water).

Have plenty fluids., 1.5 -2 liters per day
Make sure your blood sugar is under control (Take HbA1C every 3 months if you are diabetic)

A old unclean denture can also cause this.
Check if you have any acid reflux (if yes, you must correct it )

Regards.
