Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

Hi, I am a 22 year old student from Pakistan. It has been more than 5 years I have been having lower and sometimes upper back-pain. However, over the last two years the pain has exponentially increased and last year I got X-ray done for my back. According to the doctors there is an unusual gap between my L4 and L5. The pain is increasing day by day and I cant even sit or stand for too long. This is really really upsetting and I my future seems bleak to me. Please help me.

Hi,
Having this type of abnormality at this age is uncommon, might be having some problem since birth or any injury to spines in the past.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and go for proper diagnosis.
After diagnosis go for treatment accordingly.
Physiotherapy like back extension exercises will give good relief.
Ok and take care.
