LUMBAR MYELOGRAM: left and right enferior pedicle screws are broken. . The superior and inferior screws appeared loose. Posterior discus bulging noted on L4/5 leel with mild compression tn the ventral dural sac. Involvement of the left neural foraminae and exit nerve root may also be present. Non fusion of the facet joints on this level noted, L5/S1. Also possible bulging discus and possible prolapse on the L4/5 with compression on the ventral dral sac and left more than the right lateral nerve root recess. I experience a lot of pain what do you advise.
