Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Due To Gastric Problem?
I have a problem of food allergies. When ever I there is excess gas in my stomach either get scatica pain or I get migraines. I think this is due to inflammation that touches my spinal area. I can treat my gastric problems with yoga exercises but do not know how to cure the problems of my back. When I do these exercises the pain in my back becomes less but does not go fully.

avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking and caffeinated drinks. use tab.rifaximin 200mg thrice a day for five days.tab.simethicone twice a day for five days.get it done one ultrasound abdomen and x-ray lumbar spine. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
