Hello,
Either of the therapy wont be useful when taken alone. You need not take benzos regularly to relieve your anxiety. Start with tablet escitalopram 10mg once daily in morning. If you have excessive anxiety at times, you can take tabket inderal 20mg. Keep going for behavioral therapy if you wish to. But this drug will help you and it does not have the risk of addiction.
Thanks.
