Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Attacks

I used to be prescribed lorazepam but it is no longer strong enough and I have been having more severe more frequent anxiety attacks and panic. I often have trouble leaving the house. I took an online questionnaire for Xanax and I fit all the requirements. What do u think?

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have generalized anxiety disorder and in that case, only xanax would not be sufficient. You need antidepressant like paroxetine along with xanax that would help you to decrease the anxiety symptoms. You can also try relaxation exercise like deep breathing or JPMR.

Thanks
