Suggest Treatment For Antral Gastritis

Hi Doc. My housemaid is 60 yrs old and has been complaining of pain and burning in the stomach. the doc at Apollo Hyderabad advised a UGI endoscopy. the report mentions Antral erosion in the stomach and the report states Antral Gastritis. what is antral gastritis and what is the cure? thanks.

Antral Gastritis is just inflammation of the mucosa of the gastric antrum.
Give Tab. Esomeprazole 40mg once before breakfast for one month. She will be fine
