Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain

for the past 2 weeks I have been having left outer ankle pain that now goes from the talonavicular joint to the outside of the ankle and radiating up my leg behind the knee and the back of the thigh. I have arthritis, HBP, and I'm 43 & overweight but this is new. I have meds to treat as a blood thinner and blood pressure meds but i haven't taken for months. Please help

Well come to HCM
This could be single joint arthritis, if the pain is moderate then joint rest is important, and for the pain this can be subsided with any NSAID drugs (Nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug) physiotherapy would be the best option, and some times gives much better result than the medicines, take care, and have a nice day.
