Suggest Treatment For Alopecia Areata

Hello doctor, Im suffering with alopecia areata for the past 4 years. I had already consulted a dermatologist to treat this and he prescribed kenacort injection(1ml) once in 20 days for 6 times and nipcan tablets, minoxidil topical solution(5%). I really got all my hairs back and was very happy for that. But recently i noticed that i have a patch of hair loss in my chest area. Again i consulted the same doctor and he asked me to take the medication again. Please let me know what should i do. Will it spread all over my body. Im worried. please advice. Thank you!!.
