Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding

I have abnormal bleeding for more than 3 months. The ultrasound was done indicated uterus enlargement and heterogeneous parenchyma. I also did the D&C which indicates endometrial glandular hyperplasia with cystic oilatation of glands and atypical hyperplasia is not found. I have taken 1 month of Provera 10mg but the symptoms remaining. The OB/GYN suggested the surgery of removal the uterus. I am 50 years old and is not menopause. Thanks.
