Lower left abdominal pain can not be due to stomach ulcer or cancer. The most probable reasons can be colitis, Hydronephrosis of the kidney on left side , pancreatitis . Blood test , ultrasonography, colonoscopy and all can tell about the diagnosis as well as a nice clinical examination by a Surgeon can help to find the cause and the treatment .
