Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Gas During Pregnancy

Wednesday night I went to bed nauseous. I was thinking it was morning sickness since I m 7 weeks pregnant. Then I m the middle of the night my stomach started to hurt. All day Thursday I had nausea and stomach pain burping and gas pains. I went to the bathroom a few times and had 3-4 good bms. Never had diarrhea or throwing up. I did dry heave a fee times. Today I ve had not much nausea at all but still some stomach pains and lots off gas off and on and is the gas and pains are worse after I eat. My mom made me taco salad tonight and my stomach started to feel pretty bad after eating that. I have so much gas and I m very worried. So worried my anxiety is kicking in. It s hard to relax. I just wish I could relieve myself or have diarrhea to feel better.

Noted the history of being 7 weeks pregnant, nausea at bed time, stomach pain in the middle of night, continued with burping and gas pains, had 3-4 good bowel movements, dry heaves a few times, worsened after taco salad, anxiety is kicking, hard to relax...
All this history is indicative that you may indeed have a intestinal problem.
I would advise you the following since you are 7 weeks pregnant not allowing many a medicines in the normal course, but if it becomes mandatory, it may be needed to have an admission to the hospital for clinical evaluation, examination and your safety comes first.
Have an opinion of an Infectious disease specialist.
Also consult a Gynecologist to keep a watch and have an opinion in difficult cases.
