Suggest Treatment For A Cut On The Ball Skin

Dear Doctor. I had a sexual intercourse with massage parlour girl using condom, I had a blade cut on my ball skin two days back when i was trimming the hair. After the intercourse i found (am not sure it is vaginal secretation or my semen) near my wound. Am I safe?

Cut on scrotum with high risk from the protected sex.
Dear,though you had protected sex,the open cut on the scrotum,was exposed to ? vaginal secretions mostly.
As you had used condom, no chance of your semen coming in contact with your scrotal wound.So hence your risk of any STD is more as the sex was not safe,even though protected, in your special case due to circumstances.
