Suggest Treatment For A Bruised Spot On The Back Bone
I have one spot along my back bone, about half way down, that feels bruised. It hurts when I press on it and sometimes I feel pain when I bend forward. What could this be? I am a very active person. 32 years old and run about 4 times a week as well as weight lift 1-2 times a week.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be formation infective boil some time it get alright on its own, but care need to be taken for abscess formation, till then you can have "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, in case of fever and swelling antibiotic can be tried, and best would be "Tab Amoxicillin 500 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
