Suggest Treatment For UTI In A Child

Hi, my granddaughter is 4 months old and has klebsiella pneumoniae 10x5 in sterile urine tests. 4 weeks ago she was running temperature of 39C in 2 consecutive days and had blood and urine tests where the indicators that worried her pediatrician were WBC 14 10x9/L, PLT 651 10x9/L, sedimentation rate of erythrocytes 35 mm/h, St 0,15; Sg 0,28; Eo 00,00; Mo 0,10, Ba 00,00; Ly 0,47 - CRP 79,5 mg/l and in the urine sediment: Erythosytes 7-8; Leu 8-10, epithel cells. The pediatrician sent her to hospital where she was treated with a synonym of Panceff for 6 days and then 8 more days Panceff at home. While in hospital there was no bacteria in the uroculture, then two days after she finished the Panceff treatment she had streile urine for uroculture which showed klebsiella pneumoniae 10x5 and an antibiogram which shows it is sensitive only to 4 antibiotics. The baby looks healthy, no temperature, she is breastfed and we were wondering whether we shoudl go on with antibiotics and what must the interval be between finishing the Panceff antibiotic on Feb 19 and taking the new one prescribed by the pediatrician according to the antibiogramme... She also takes probiotic biogaia. Is there any alternative to antibiotics. We are goung to try a different laboratory tomorrow but it takes 3 to 4 days...
