Suggest Treatment For PCOS

Hello doctor, I am suffering from PCOS problem from more than 1years. I have no regular menstrual cycle. I take treatment from an ayurveda. But still now my menstrual cycle is not regular.. sometimes I get dipress so much.. Please give me any idea for cure PCOS.

I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.

If i will be your treating Doctor i will advise you to
1- Take any birth control pill which contain both estrogen and progesterone for 3-4 months. It will help to regularisation of your cycle.
2- Start metformin 500mg twice a day.it will help in reduction of your weight.
3- Control your diet.
4- Do regular exercise and walk.
5- Avoid spicy,fried and fast food.
6- Go for ultrasound after 3-4 months.
do not worry just relax and follow it.
If the symptoms persist i will suggest you to visit your Doctor.
