Suggest Treatment For LES Dysfunction With Sore Throat

Good day, I am 36 years old, female. Medical history: 2 emergency C-sections, Colostelectomy and ERCP, Cardiac Ablation: Tachycardia and Atrial Fib. Mitral valve repair (annuluplasty ring). Diagnosed in 2006 with have Reflux problems deu to LES dysfunction. Started treatment on Nexium. 2010: Did more test due to chronic inflamed, sore red throat, hoarse voice, food get stuck in throat. After Gastroscopy, Manomatry, PH study, 24 hr Impedance study: 2 Gastric Inlet Patches - Barrets Eshopagus due to LES dysfunction. I have been getting worse, even though I have been taking Nexium since 2006. Gastric patches does not respond to PPI treatment. I am really struggling with throat and voice, chest pains and food get stuck in throat. I need advice on getting Gastro-Ent to look into possible Ablation tecniques for Gastric Inlet Patches - I believe they are the main culprit for all my major problems. I live in Adelaide, South Australia.
