17 years old, 185 CM, 120 KG, i didn't have any serious Medical Problems, i only got a severe Gyneocmastia.

My Health query, is I am masturbating a lot, more than 3 times daily, could this affect my health ?

i always Ejaculate With large amount of sperms every time, is this could affect my infertility in future ?

And my masturbation could affect my Growth of my penis " it's 4.5 inches", And could increase my gynocmastia issue ?

Gynecomastia can be due to hormonal imbalance can affect your sexual life and penile size too. review with an endocrinologist as early as possible.

ans: more than 3 times is difficult, you can go for a weekly 3 times and healthy food.
