Suggest Treatment For 10/hpf Epithelial Cells In Urine Test

Hi I am a 24 yr old female. I had urine routine test and have 8-10/ hpf epithelial cells. Rest all parameters are normal. I am having elevated body temperature 100°C from past 7-8 days with body pain and headache and feeling very weak from inside I went to doctor l, he gav me normal antibiotics and paracetamol. But, Taking paracetamol does not help me decrease my body temperature anyhow. Could you guide me what this could be and suggest further tests? Thanks. In advance

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your urine analysis report suggest only 10 epithelial cells per hpf. It is normal finding. It can be due to mixing of vaginal secretion. There is no sign of urinary tract infection. No need to worry. Just be relaxed. For fever you should go for complete blood count to search other cause.
