Suggest Therapy For Diabetes

I have history of diabetes on both sides of my family. In the last two months I have experienced some things which have made me get more in depth than an office visit to see where my glucose levels are. I am ranging from 93 during fasting up to 228 after eating. What would this information tell you?

welcome to hcm,
you are also now a diabetic.
your fasting blood sugar is ok but postprandial blood sugar is high and you need to first have regular exercise
the next thing is you have to have a regular diet intake with less sugar and there must be spacing between each meal
i want you to check your blood sugar fasting and postprandial blood sugar after a week of regular food intake and exercises . if it is satisfactory you can first maintain with exersices and food restriction
if it is not you have to go for medications
hope this explains
with regards
Dr.Amarnath
