Suggest The Method Of Taking Althea
base on the instruction of prescription inside the box of the althea by the first time you used it after 7 days of recovery I should used condom. What does it mean?when was 7th days is?if i take althea just yesterday evening. My last menstruation was just last November 17, 2011 and last November 21,2011.

Althea contains both cryproterone acetate and ethinyl estradiol which is used to treat pregnancy. With anti-androgenic properties, it decreases sebum secretion during acne breakouts and hair growth. You can start taking Althea any day of the week and anytime during your menstrual cycle. So, there is no need to wait for the first day of your period to start taking Althea, you can start whenever you like.
You will only have to wait 7 days for Althea to start being effective. You may need to use a backup birth control like a condom if you have penis in vagina sex during your first week on the pill as Althea may take 7 days to show its full effects of protection against pregnancy.
