Suggest Test To Determine HIV

sir,
my friend was traveling in city bus which was over crowd as he was standing some one from behind insert some needle kind of thing at his back he came to know after he got down from city bus
he has dout in his mind is he infected with HIV HOW CAN HE COME TO KNOW IS THEIR ANY SPOT TEST FOR THAT OR WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 6 MONTH

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

No , it is not possible to know your HIV status till 3-4 weeks ( no
need to wait for 6 months , as HIV antibodies can be detected in most
individuals within 3-4 weeks of viral transmission after suspected
transmission ) with current screening tests as antibodies take at least
this time to develop to be detected .

If you consider your friend have had high-risk exposure to HIV within the last
few days, he should discuss his health care provider/ doctor about
Post Exposure Prophylaxis.
