i am a 17 year old female, i am 5 ft 7 inches, 122 lbs. i am looking for a workout supplement that would fit me most. but i dont need anything with testotrones in it, if i take something that has testotrone privatives in it will it efrect my female features in any way possible?

Dear , you are nunecessarily worried about including supplements while you are exerciing .
Your wt. is perfect for your age and ht. In my opinion , you don't need any supplement to be included in your diet for the time being , as you are young and can sustain .
Best way to go on , is to boost your immunity by modifying your lifestyle and food habits .
by Including in your balanced diet all essential nutrients - ,carbs , calcium rich foods like milk and dairy products , and fiber ,vitamins,minerals and antioxidants in natural form all help gain resistance from dseases . Sun light is rich source of vit D good for srengthening bones .
Lemon juice with water ,a pinch of salt and black pepper is an effective antioxidant , energiser & rich source of vit C.

Avoid food that is high in saturated or trans-fats like fried , fast foods , refined sugars and fine floor prducts , tea , coffee , alcohol , sleeplessness , dehyderation , constipation ,worry ,stress all induce toxins in your body .

Proper regular physical activity , walk ,yoga , pranyam - deep breathing to boost your blood circulation and detox your system under guidance of trained guide .
