Suggest Remedy To Relieve Tightness And Pain In Chest And Teeth

Hi,
I'm not sure what mine is but this is the third day now were I've had none stop tightness and pain in my right hand side of my chest. I also have a constant heartbeat in the back of my throat and my bottom teeth are aching. I've been taking heartburn medicine and ibuprofen but nothing has shifted it.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should first rule out heart diseases because you are having chest pain with palpitations.
So first get done ecg and 2d echo.
If both these are normal then no need to worry for major heart diseases.
Sometimes, uncontrolled stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
They can cause GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and this GERD is the cause for your uncontrolled heart burn.
Don't take ibuprofen, this will worsen your heart burn more.
Better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on it's solution.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Take pantoprazole for heartburn.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
