I have found these strange masses in my last bowel movement. There were about 3, light tan/yellow in color, and each was shaped like a small clove of garlic or a very large kidney bean. It almost seems like it is made out of fatty tissue. I have not had any abdominal cramping or loose stools as of late, but I did notice a large amount of bright red blood on my toilet tissue during this last particular bowel movement. I am a 29 year old female, 5'7.5" and weigh approximately 125lbs, eat a pretty healthy diet, run 4-5 days a week 3-8 miles each time. I am also on the generic form of Adderall XR (30mg/day). I have no serious medical history problems and have never been tested for food allergies, although I do tend to find that I feel better if I don't consume a lot of grains and dairy. I have had bloody stools before, but have never been to a doctor to discuss it. I would say the bloody stools occur once or twice every 3-4 months.
