Hi I am 20 twenty years old never had knee pain before. At work I took a direct fall to my knee that left a large scrape on knee cap. The skin has healed by the lower part of my patella can be pushed in and seems as if it's cracked in half. Theres a sensative line across my knee preventing me from kneeling on it but have no other pain With walking ,lifting or anything other than direct contact to the lower part of the knee cap
