46yo male, no medical issues other than mild hypertension (treated). My left testicle shaped like a peanut. Noticed it several months ago. My regular doctor examined me & said it wasn't cancer, but I should see a urologist....lost the card where he wrote down what it probably was.

This is called atrophy of the testis and does not occur in cancer. Hence this is not cancer for sure. Yes, it is better to have a clinical evaluation and examination done by an Urologist and to have ultrasonography, color doppler examination and Hormonal studies so that proper treatment can be instituted.
