I have a multitude of knots and lumps inside my upper and lower lips. They have been there since I can remember, but a few weeks ago they seemed to all swell or inflame and my upper lip feels like it is swollen on the left side under my nose. They are not painful or causing any discomfort other than the fact that they are all swollen. I have recently had a physical and all my blood work was perfect. I just can't figure out what all these lumps are. Any suggestions? Could all of my minor salivary glands be swollen at the same time?
