Suggest Remedy For Stomach Upset With Fever
Hi, 12-year-old with queasy stomach for 13 hr before throwing up 1/2hr ago. Th 7/24 5am - nagging low grade headache then queasiness all day which worsened by 8pm then fever. (Advil) 2pm after sports rehab: stomach upset. Checked on him at 3am - shaking uncontrollably with 102.6 fever. Gave him another advil with water which he threw up less than 10min later

I really appreciate your concern, malaise with abdomen pain may be due to infection, it can be treated with antibiotic on tentative basis and best drug would be "Tab Ciprofloxacin 250 mg" twice in day for five days, with Tab Dicyclomine half tab three times in day 10 mg, along with this better to get done some investigations like, routine blood test and x-ray of abdomen, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
