Suggest Remedy For Skin Tag And Couple Of Lesions

I was diagnosed with a painful anal fissure about a month ago, it has almost totally healed and the swelling of the perianal area has gone down, but there is a skin tag and and a couple of lesions. My primary dr said the lesions look like herpes and he did a culture test. Prior to the reduction of swelling, I saw 3 different doctors (a general practitioner, an ER dr, and a GI surgeon) and none of them said that I have herpes. I'm curious, if it's not herpes, then what would cause the lesions?
