Suggest Remedy For Severe Constipation Causing Stuck Stool In Rectum With No Help From Enema Fleet
My stool is stuck in my reptum. It's huge and hard and I have already tried enema fleet and it didn't make a difference. I can't stop having panic attacks and whenever I sit on the toilet, I feel naucious. The very tip passed, but the rest won't budge. Every step I take it hurts and I don't know what to do

I noted the history of stool getting in the stuck, the tip got evacuated but the rest of the feces is stuck and is not amenable in spite of fleet enema. Getting panic attack and there is nausea on sitting on toilet seat. It hurts for every step taken to evacuating, wants to know what can be done.
As per the short history you have provided, this looks to be impacted fecolith. I would advise the following in such a situation. Stop trying anything else as it may hurt more with more complications. Go to the ER or nearby hospital. Get an X-ray of the abdomen to see for the fecoliths whether really present or something else. Per-rectal examination to see for any obstruction. Soap-water enema may help for evacuation. If not, then may need manual removal under anesthesia. Colonoscopy and CT scan at a later date. This will help to confirm or rule out any cancer or so.
