I have a rash between the top 2 inserts into my bone. It looks like road rash but oozes very thin runny yellow stuff. Dr's say there is no infection.
The rod has been in place for 5 weeks because I tore 3 /4 ligaments behind my knee. The doctors have seen the rash - don't know. blood work and x-ray done with okay results. Rod has to stay in place until August 9. I clean it with saline solution but it has now spread to a 3rd spot; all above the knee. I'm a 28 year old male, good shape, 5'9" about 180 pounds, muscular - no previous medical problems
