Suggest Remedy For Puss Around Ankle Followed By Sprained Ankle With Neuropathic Ulcer In Heel

hi i have a drop foot from the past five years now and recently i have got my ankle sprained on the same foot plus i developed a neuropathic ulcer in my heel like a 5 months ago.. the sprain happened 4months ago.. since i couldnt rest it got worse n now i have puss formation around my ankle n it is very painful plz help

The pus around the ankle needs to be drained surgically to prevent the infection fro spreading to the bone. Broad spectrum oral antibiotics are needed to control the infection.
