Suggest Remedy For Persistent Light Headaches While Waking Up

I have been waking with a light headache most mornings for the past few months. Across my forehead, mostly it's in the centre. I also have had dry, tired eyes, and period of low energy. The only medication i am taking is Noriday birth control pill, i am 25 yrs old. The pill was prescribed in 2007 but doesnt expire until 2011, i havent taken it for two yrs and just started again this year, because i had so many left i didnt go back to the doctor to get a new prescription. Could this be the cause or could it be something else? I sometimes feel unsteady on my feet, a bit 'out of it', and like my thought processes are slow.
I had quite a long lasting flu/cough back in July but that shouldnt be lingering still could it? (thinking sinuses) I started a waitressing job in July with late nights, so sleep pattern has been altered but am still sleeping quite well. I started taking multi vitamins and vitamin c two months ago.
I am sick of feeling tired and not 100%.
