Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having chronic follicular tonsillitis.
There might be having focus of infection remains after antibiotic medicines due to having folds on tonsils.
In such case it is always advisable to go for Tonsillectomy operation.
Consult ENT surgeon and discudss about this.
Meanwhile do regular antiseptic liquid gargles.
Avoid cold drinks, fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
