your triglyceride levels and ldl kevels are higher than expected. You should be taking statins and fibrate medicine for that. If you are already on them , then may be you need to increase dose. Also need to take care of your diet.

About the pain in heart that you are describing, if it is severe, occuring or increasing with exsertion or associated with breathlessness and sweating then you should visit a cardiologist.
