Suggest Remedy For Pain During Ovulation
On my ovulation calandar I am supposed to ovulate this Friday. However, I felt strong middlesmertz pain on Sunday night and soreness Monday and Tuesday morning in that area. I also had a gushing of lotion consistency mucus on Monday afternoon. However I did have unprotected sex the previous Saturday. Is it possible that I ovulated on day 10 instead if 14 this month?

It is difficult to predict exact day of ovulation as it is not just one day but a period of 2 to 3 days. So there are possibilities that you may have ovulated on 10th while you were expecting it on 14th.
If you are concerned regarding possibility of pregnancy due to unprotected sex during ovulation, you can take a home pregnancy test to confirm and consult the gynecologist for further options if it comes positive. I would also like to point here that using some form of contraception is always advised if you are not planning pregnancy.
